Before starting SIM, Mike worked as a sales manager for hair care giants Paul Mitchell and Nexxus. His extensive knowledge of hair care and beauty products led him to develop several successful hair care products of his own, including Hair Formula 37 hair supplements. Mike's marketing and sales know-how, and hands-on management style have made SIM one of the largest retailers of hair care supplements in the country.

John has worked as an Internet development professional for almost five years, and oversees the design, implementation, and marketing of all of SIM's web properties. His background in the business end of information technology gives him an edge in the vital role of integrating marketing and technology into a cohesive e-commerce engine.
